Persistent acne
If spots are frequent, painful, leaving dark marks or not improving with your current routine.
If you have changed products, tried home remedies or booked facials without lasting improvement, you may need to understand the cause before trying something else.

Bring the products you use and tell Dr Maria what makes the problem better or worse. The first goal is to work out what may be happening, then discuss a realistic plan.
If spots are frequent, painful, leaving dark marks or not improving with your current routine.
If melasma, dark patches or post-acne marks darken despite creams, peels or facials.
If itching, redness, scaling or a rash settles briefly and then comes back.
If you are noticing more hair fall, widening areas, dandruff, itching or changes on the scalp.
If a nail has changed colour, become thick, brittle, painful or different from the others.
If texture, pores or signs of ageing bother you but you are unsure whether a peel, microneedling, PRP or laser is suitable.

Some concerns look similar but need very different care. An assessment can help you avoid making sensitive or pigmented skin worse.
Message the clinic to explain the main skin, hair or nail concern and ask for the next available consultation.
